I actually just noticed that NBA Live 08 is the first edition to include signature shots for the PC. In the players.dbf it looks like there's hundreds of different numbers under the "SIGSHT1" column. Does each number actually correspond to a different jump shot; in other words, did EA actually include this many signature shots? I attempted to find the aiact.viv file and find out which numbers correspond to which players, but had no luck.

Offhand I'm not sure how many signature shots made the cut for the PC version but each number should correspond to an available signature shot.

Can I Install this in my PC with TUP 11?

Try the roster only version if you want to use TUP 11 art. I can't guarantee compatibility though and you may need to restore the default aiact file or use Kris' gameplay fix, which is available in the Download section.
