How to enable Lighting?

Anyone can teach me how to enable lighting? And how to put picture in my profile? I'm newbie here

Is it disabled? If its disabled, you have not a good graphic card.

When it displayed as off and cannot change? Hmm maybe..

Yes, that means your video card doesn't support it.
