Stats on Pause Screen 08

After luke101091 brought up the idea of restoring the current game leaders on the pause menu I decided to try it out, overlooking the fact that [Double LC] had already done so (and added a TNT logo to boot) for TUP 09 and later TUP 10. However, since I'd already gone ahead and tried it out, I figured I might as well release it as an alternative patch with the default EA logos, just in case anyone for whatever reason doesn't want the TNT branding. If someone wants to take the file, add another network's logo to it and re-release it, go right ahead.

I've used the pause screen from NBA Live 2005 as it bears more of a resemblence to NBA Live 08's default menus. I've also put up a different version for NBA Live 07 which uses the NBA Live 06 pause screen, if you'd prefer to try that instead you can download that one here.

Once again, [Double LC] has already provided an update like this complete with a TNT logo that's a part of TUP 09 and TUP 10, so I realise this may be a redundant patch for a lot of people but I felt I might as well release it in case people wanted an alternative and so I didn't feel like I'd wasted my time.

I've just uploaded a fixed version (v1.1) which resolves the problem of the ESPN Player Stats screen not displaying properly after replacing the main pause menu.
