How is it built? What are the factors that have influence in the team synergy?

Does it influence the way the team plays in the court whether I'm simulating or not?

1 thing that highly affects the teams synergy is the players passing ability and offensive awareness of the players. for example.

the team of Los Angeles Lakers

kobe bryant has a high offensive awareness, and at the same time his passing ability is not that bad. so it will affect your teams synergy to increase, but if you have kobe bryant and and another high offensive player inside., that will decrease your team synergy. but the more passer you insert in your lineup the high amount of team synergy you will gain.

I've always believed it's more of a factor in simulation than in gameplay, and even then it's not the be-all, end-all.

I thought the team chemistry affects the simulation
