Three Point Style Editing

I wanted to change the way some players shoot three pointers, but in the players.dbf editing guide it says that the THREEPTSTY attribute is not used anymore, how can i change that?

You can't. As it says in the guide, that field is no longer utilised by the game.

So there simply isn't any way I can change the way players shoot three pointers? Like, Channing Frye is shooting really slowly, there isn't any way I can make him shoot like smaller guys?

Ah, that style you can change. From memory it's a combination of the dribbling and either the player's weight or bodytype. The dribbling rating must be at least 60 or more if I recall correctly.

Thanks, it worked for most players just by changing their dribbling to 60+, but now they dribble like guards...

I'm afraid those are the choices we're limited to.

For anyone who's interested, I had a look back at a previous topic where this was discussed and these should be the conditions to ensure the "big man" shooting form:

Weight of at least 241 pounds (body type can be changed as necessary)
Dribbling rating of 58 or lower
Passing rating of 58 or lower

I'll be adding that info to an article in the Wiki as well.
