more lighting in the stadium and portrait player in game

1 - When the ESPN bar shows team statistics, displays the team logo. In this case the LAL. That's good.

But when shown the statistics of a player does not show the face, but only displays the team logo. Where is the player's face?
2-I recently was playing with LAL, and looked at the gallery and I noticed the little light, I feel very ugly, and there are other fields that have more lighting. Do not know why.
What files should I modify to give more light to the stadium? Not only light but also want to add lights.
