Help on TUP 09

Do i really need to follow this for the TUP 09 be able to work. ?

Naah, it's just an optional procedures. You can download the TUP 09 right ahead and install it right away. (though if you want to follow them, it'll be much more realistic in-game features.)

i cannot get the files to extract. they keep giving me crc errors

I download this patch, in NBA Live 09 24 NT, but in patch no new national teams, what file needed download that add in game new NT, for example Lithuania and Croatia and etc.

did u put the roster in my documents/NBA Live 08/saves?

yes, but patch was instal on not original version game ( in game was patch NT Lithuania and Poland) maybe is that ?
