When I play NBA Live 08, The crow is on silence, the crow dont tell DEFENSE!! DEFENSE!! DEFENSE!!
Anyone have a solution for my problem?
I like play this game, with all effects of sounds, the crow should tell DEFENSE!!

Do you mean you're not getting any crowd audio at all? If so, check your game settings because crowd sound might be turned off. If the crowd audio files are missing, then I would recommend reinstalling the game.
