Help! can't change my OKC jerseys

Could any1 help me? I can't change my OKC jerseys. I have tried ALL of the lastest patches but still the jerseys look like this...
Also look at my Orl jersey, i tried EVERYTHING written in the other posts like fresh installing NBA 08, install tup 09, download all fixes, etc. but still it doesn't work
