I'd suggest checking out the Tutorials section. The face patching tutorials include information on the tools you'll need as well as the specific how-to guides.

Fsh, adobe photoshop. those are the things you need.

what kind of adobe??? because i have an adobe photoshop elements but it doesnt have the pen tool
what adobe photoshop can i used??

I think that any from CS2 to CS4 will do, but I would suggest CS4.
