HELP WITH vhan'S JERSEY TEMPLATE

Sir, I'm sort of confused on how to work with vhan's jersey templates.. I'm a jersey design patcher [Team Pilipinas Add-Ons for TUP09] and I want to use his templates for the TUP09 patch, but the problem is with the recoloring.. Help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you..

Right Click on the template in the layers part of photoshop, then select blending options.

Go down to color overlay, select multiply in the blending mode, then pick the colour you want.

You might have to adjust the curves to compensate for the darkness, but that should help.
