I have installed TUP Mode 09...and I have a dynasty...is there a possibillity to create new team in dynasty after some years such us Seattle Supersonics with an Expansion Draft???Is it possible???

No. It maybe (just maybe) will be included in the next NBA Live. At least, I like that idea a lot. I don't know will they take it from Madden or change it, if they decide to do so. Till that we can only hope it will be included.
