New York Dynasty

At the start of my Dynasty ( 07-08 ) I traded Eddy Curry and Stephen Hunter for Jerry Stackhouse and Shawne Williams .
Then traded Shawne Williams and Jared Jeffries for Hakim Warrick .
The Draft Status is Very Strong and I had the 3rd and 33rd Overall Pick (3rd Worst Record 24-58)( 1. Sacramento , 2. Memphis , 3. New York , 4. Sacramento )
Entering OffSeason I drafted a 6"11 Center having a 82 rating and a Point Guard having a 72 rating . I moved David Lee at PF .
I didn't resign Wilcox , Nate and Hakim Warrick . Next Season ( 08-09 ) . Again 4th in the Draft ( Draft Status Very Weak ) , 5th Worst Record ( 28-54 ) . Drafted another Center and a PG .Now I'm in OffSeason and I have 6 players with an expiring contract.
I didn't resign Stackhouse , Harrington , Duhon , Hughes , Q-Rich and Sene . 49+ Million in total while my team having a -15.15 Million Cap Space so ( 50 Million - 15 = 35 ) This season I have 35+ Million Free Cap Space
D-Wade didn't re-sign with the Heat and so is AK . ( too bad for me I wanted to sign James , Melo , Granger , Durant , Kobe or Josh Howard as Sf's but they re-signed to their respective teams so Ak was the best Sf in the Free Agent Pool left )
So my line-up as of 09-10 Off Season ( Two Weeks After Draft Night )

got 7 million left signed Vujacic
I signed Duhon , harrington , w. chandler and hughes back at the last day of Free-Agent Signing ( all are Restricted Free Agents so I can sign them back even I don't have any cap space anymore )
I traded Hughes for Gooden .

I still didn't use my Mid-Level Exception and I'm planning to sign Kleiza and move him to Pf or Smush Parker coz I have a weak back-up PG .
So what do you think !?

I'd rather sign Marcus Williams than Smush Parker, Williams is a much better passer

I signed Randy Livingston instead , using a Minimum Contract worth $ 1. 22 M .
