MingYao xD, that means your video card did not passed the required version, so there is no way to enable the lighting with the video card you are using.

no, there is
it's a workaround that makes the game run like crap on crappy computers
you use a settings file that someone else uses and just dont go anywhere near the detail settings screen again

Thanks, I have been searching, I finally found one, and it does not run like crap
