I want to Request Lebron JAmes to be the Start Up Screen

Can anybody make a start up screen for Lebron James with NBA Live 09 logo pls? Because Lebron is the season MVP for 2008-09 season. So i guess it's nice to have him on the start up screen as a tribute for him. Thank you in advance.
