Update Roster,after trades/signings

I've downloaded several patches regarding roster updates but non seem to have done that.Any patch out there where I can get the current team rosters ? eg: shaq in phoenix,the rookies (rose,oj mayo,lopez),kidd in dallas,etc.

it's a month outdated now (soon to be updated) but the official NLSC roster patch will do this

*EDIT* - I realised you had to load the rosters,but the rosters are different in dynasty mode.How do I get the new roster into dynasty mode ?

it isnt possible to update dynasty rosters without severely messing things up, sorry

I might be able to develop a way using batch files, I use a similar method to simultaneously update the rosters for 06-08 (and now 2005 as well) but there's a few issues in getting it to work properly under certain circumstances in Dynasty Mode that I need to iron out first. For the moment, there's no quick and easy way of doing it without causing a lot of problems/lost data though.
