Draft all NBA Players: Is it possible?

I don't know if this is the right forum. I'm playing the NBA live 2005 and with this game is possible to draft all NBA players from A to Z in the dynasty mode.

So.. my question is: Is it possible to do in the NBA 08 using any roster patch?
I want to play a different game, you know... :lol:
