How to make different player gear

how to make a different player gear??
i mean a player use the white sleeve on the home game and red sleeve on away game.
here is example of Vince Carter:
home(white sleeve)


away(red sleeve)

The only way to do that is edit the default team colour and assign the player "team" bands.
