My Armbands are missing ingame!

i thought i already solved this problem cuz' i already reinstalled the game, dleted the 2x armband patches, the sweat patches. and it works! it appears in my first two games, but when i played the game after that day. again, the armbands are missing and they can't be worn in the edit player window, i mean, nothing appears! what's my situation guys?
