i dl the newest roster update but all the rookies has a missing face. where can i dl the cyberfaces for all the 08 draft rookies?

If you're talking about the NLSC patch, faces for the 2008 rookies are definitely included. If you're having trouble with the faces, please consult Faces Troubleshooting.txt.
