Invisible hair

Whenever I add a created cyberface (rookies, custom, etc.), I end up with players with a face, but the back of the head is missing. It looks like the back of their skull is transparent and it's starting to creep me out.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Go to the detail settings menu and turn lighting to off. If you cannot change it, you will need to delete the settings.dat file to reset them. I would suggest only backing up the settings.dat file by renaming it just incase. You should also take not of all your settings before you remove it because you will need to set all the sliders, rules, preferences, and detail settings after you start the game because Live will replace the settings file with all the default options.

If that doesn't work, you probably have an videocard that is not supported by the game.
