custom away team crash

can someone help me out here, for some reason my custom team (with custom jerseys and logos) crashes everytime they are the away team.

right then the announcers (marv/ker) intro themselves or what arena. their voice stutters for a moment and the game crashes.

i noticed that when i change the TEAMABR4 to a value that is the same as another team already in the game it works fine. if there is a custom value it crashes

any ideas?
