Game Menu problem

need a help here!!! i already installed the game but when i started the Game I noticed that the player on a tip-off is somewhat rotating, and also the player having a freethrow is also rotating, is this normal? How about all the menu whenever your in a game and want to have some changes in the controller configuration or substitution, or camera adjustment, how come there are no text word in a box to choose from. can someone help me resolving my problem…? thanks…..
