Puerto Rico Jerseys

Hi, would someone be so kind and make me the puerto rican jerseys ??

On the back of the jersey, there is a logo i didn't recognize, if you know what it is, use it, if you don't, let it be (just don't use it at all).

I also created the wordmarks, as I didn't find the right ones. Use those if can't find anything better:
