Can player models be edited?

I was wondering if player models can be edited? Since were not getting a Live 09 for PC this year it would be nice if someone could mod player models.

I know there was a patch that got rid of thick calves and made them thinner. Could the same be done for arms, torso etc? Can custom model's be made for players?

I think this would really at a new look to the game. Thoughts, suggestions?

I dont think we can. If so, JaSmong and Pdub already did it.
