Alley oop controls

What are the alley oop controls for the dunk contest? (keys)
Are there controls for throwing the ball off the backboard in a regular game?

H,J,K,U are alley-oop controls. Not sure about the backboard, I don't use these controls much, just copied this from another thread.

C + dunk move for a dunk, not sure which
C+D = double through the legs
E+C = Honey dip

I just found out that in a 1 on 1 or individual practise mode, a backboard alley-oop control is the off ball control.
