how to do toss in 08?

im using the keyboard now in playing the slam dunk competition.. i just cant know how to do the toss in the keyboard.. would some1 plz help me with this problem??

h, u, k, j - try these buttons. I think two of them are tosses. Check it in slam dunk practice.
