animations and replays

is there any way to put back animations from live 07 when a player scores a basket, camera changes and player is exited about the basket he just made? 
and the replays... is there a way to make a replay to show up after a basket at the buzzer when the quarter ends? especially after the game-winning shot, maybe even to replay it a couple of times...?

No.
You can only view it by instant replay, if you manage to do it in time, before the game ends.

1- Not unless you learn NBA Live's scripting and program format and figure out how to bring 07's script over to 08. It's not as simple as moving a file.
