missing buttons

pretty sure, there is already a thread about this, but didn't find one right away
1. the "End game" button in the main menu at the right top corner
2. one of the buttons in the roster mode (Dynasty)
3. SlamDunk Contest button to continue with final round (extremely annoying as I have to end the game from windows every time this occurs)
these three are missing from time to time in my nba live 08 version
any idea how to fix this issue?

i dont think so, that end game thing in the right hand corner is, YES, VERY ANNOYING 
but i dont know bout the other ones sorry
