everything at 0

i opened my nba live like any other time (the game is an original), and the sliders were all at 0, the volumes were 0, i went to the load screen, and my dynasty file said that it was saved on 1223325/1353253/66345667 or smth and didnt let me load it. what the hell. i am just 3 games before ending my regular season, im 51 - 28 with Toronto, and this happens. help please. also, all the rules are off, the player indicator. absolutely everything you can imagine is down to 0 or off

Try deleting your settings.dat file (you might want to back it up first). If all else fails, back up anything you don't want to lose and reinstall the game.
