how do i remove the old all-stars jersey and use the new one

i try to edit the teamgear.dbf in my save folder to change the allstars jerseys to the newest one but its keep popping up the old jerseys. can some1 help me plz? im really not good at this..

What values did you change in teamgear.dbf?

i put o for home and 1 for away!! i can give u my teamgear.dbf so u can check it out for me plz?

Which jersey patch are you using? You might have missed a step.
