create player question and portrait question

if i create a player on realistc roster by albyis, and then i download andrew's newest roster, how do i save the player from alybsi to andrew's roster?

p.s. how to put a portrait of a person onto nba live?

the simple answer is that you cant, it could be possible via alot of dbf editing/copying/pasting, but it would probably be easier to create him again
