Which one should I buy?

I just recently got back into video games. I am finally ready to invest in a next-gen system & some games of my own. I play only sports games. I don't know which one to buy, NBA Live 08 for XBOX 360 or PS3? I need help. Which one is better overall? Can someone give me an honest answer? If Playmakers and/or Tomba321 are out there, what do you guys think?

Well Tomba has stated on OS that he is getting a PS3 for next year and is going to support both versions but as of right now both Tomba and PM only have / released rosters for the 360 version.

Just remember if you want to use the EA Locker feature on Xbox Live for Rosters you do need to have a Gold Subscription.
