Hotspot Editing( just a lil help)

Hi.. I tryed to edit Hotspots, but I don't know the values..
so here is my question..
What value do you have to put to get player a Hotspot, average spot and cold spot?
Please Ig you can tel me like this
Hot spots 70-100 average spots 40-69 , coldspots 0-39
like this..

not helping at all 
i know eatch hotspot id and what it's on the floor, but what i need is..
What value do you have to put to get player a Hotspot, average spot and cold spot?
Please, you can tell me like this:
