How do you extract??? pls help!!

i have winRAR and all but i just dont know how to extract it to sgsm directory thingy...
please can you tell me step by step..
bcuz this is my first time doing patches stuff.

there is a problem with your winrar...
you've got to download the Winrar340 and patched it

right click on the file u want to extract and then select extract to exact location then go from there

Right click on the RAR file. In the dialog box select the option you want.
Extract Files ... (you select the location after browsing)
Extract Here (the folder you are in)
Extract to XXXXXXX\ (it will create a folder named XXXXXXX and place the files in that folder.
Otherwise start WinRar, click on Help/Help Topics and teach yourself.

Just left click on file and drag it to sgsm directory (C\Program files\EA Sports\NBA LIVE 08\sgsm) its that easy
