Need Help fine tuning my NBA live 08 Game graphics

as the title reads,abit of help from anyone would be great.
Im running a 8800gtx and running everything on the Highest Specs possible in NBA LIVE 08, for some Odd enough reason it still doesnt Look good enough though,iv dl few of the Lighting patches ETC with Not Much luck either.
any help would be greatly appreciated
