Help with a roster

I'm currently hard at work on a mod which rates players based on their statistics. I don't have time to explain in full at the moment; suffice to say that the formulas were created by a former modder who passed them along to me, and that the purpose is to be able to have players who behave like their real life counterparts -- this is especially true for "watched" games, but in should also be the case for games that the human player takes part in.

Unfortunately, right now my computer is running poorly, meaning that I must fix it before running the NBA Live 08 game. I'm typing this from another computer, but this one can't handle the game's graphical requirements.

What I need are the highest and lowest ratings of active players from the NBA teams (not FIBA or Legends) for the following attributes:

Field Goals
Three Pointer
Free Throws
Dunking
Inside Scoring
Offensive Rebounding
Defensive Rebounding
Passing
Jump
Strength
Quickness
Speed
Dribbling
Offensive Awareness
Defensive Awareness
Steal
Block
Defensive Awareness
Stamina

In short, the attributes that can be altered in-game (e.g. not by modifying the .dbf file). I'm not sure what the minimum and maximum scores are for these ratings, but if anyone can post them, that would allow me to begin calculating player ratings for the roster before my computer is fixed.

And remember, I only need the lows/highs from active players on the NBA teams, and using the default EA roster. Also, I don't mean the possible minimum and maximum ratings, but rather, the lowest and highest found in the players themselves (so, if you can make a player with a Three Pointer rating of 99, but no NBA player in the game has higher than 94, I'd be looking for the 94).

If someone can help me out here, that would be much appreciated.
