NBA LIVE 09 SLIDER WISHLIST (EA is asking for feedback)

I lucked up and found this wishlist thread for NBA Live 09 at another site and thought it would be a good idea to post here since many die hard NBA Live gamers frequently visit this site often. I'm not sure why this wasn't posted here if EA is truly looking for feedback to help this franchise down the road.

Hey guys,
The dev team asked me to ask you guys what sliders you'd like to see next year.
We already have a bunch of things like game speed, shot percentages, etc., but we'd like to know what other sliders you'd be looking for.

Here's my feedback
I get very in depth with the game so my additions after playing Live 06, 07 & 08 would be as follow:
GAME PLAY SLIDERS THAT WERE REMOVED & NEED TO BE BROUGHT BACK
1).Human/CPU Sub Frequeuncy Slider which was taken out of the game in 08
2).Human/CPU Double Team effect Slider again this was another slider removed from the game not sure why since it's a defensive slider that helps to make things defensively a bit more challenging.
3).Human/CPU Adjusted Shot Percentage Slider was removed needs to come back simply because it allows you adjust how often a guy in traffic makes a shots even after being fouled.
NEW GAME PLAY SLIDERS THAT SHOULD BE ADDED
1).Human/CPU Offenisve Awareness Slider
2).Human/CPU Defensive Awareness Slider
PENALTY SLIDERS THAT NEED TO BE ADDED
1).Traveling Slider......This is called quite a bit now in the NBA and I've yet to see a game incorporate this slider.
2).Over the back call Slider....This is apart of the NBA and yet it's not included in games.
3).Goal Tending Slider
COACHING/TEAM SPECIFIC SLIDERS
This is the biggest addition because if EA doesn't want to study the teams style of play that is fine by me. They can set these sliders at 50/50 for all teams that way a casual NBA Live Player doesn't have to worry about this stuff and they can still just pick up the game and play.
But for a guy that is very hands on this feature would allow them to customize anything from the percentage a team will run a half court offense, fast break or zone defense to how often the AI looks to incorporate it "Go To Guy's" in the offense including each teams top 6th man when the bench is in the game.
This feature is in both NCAA and Madden but for some odd reason EA has yet to include it NBA Live. One of the best things about NBA 2k8 for me personally is the ability to go in and modify every single teams style of play.
Like I said if EA doesn't want to figure the stuff out for right out the box game play that's fine, I'll do it myself just include these sliders with the game and make them actually have an effect on game play and I'll figure the rest out on my own.
Thanks for posting this thread because it atleast gives me the oppurtunity to submit a request to the EA guy's for once. I see this stuff all the time for other games but never NBA Live and it makes me wonder if this game is taken seriously or not some years.
I would also suggest others to post because if you feel the game is not polished enough now is the time to speak up and provide these guy's with some ideas that will help them change the direction of NBA Live down the road and that way it will hopefully give us a better product in the future.

We need a slider called Gameplay. It can range from absolutely sucks like crap to totally sucks like crap. I know it'll make a big difference in the game.

theres no use EA is wanting to seek suggestions from NLSC ....they haven't fixed any bugs before they release the games ...eversince 06 07 and now 08...
it seems they wont listen to suggestions anyway...
why dont they make the game perfect....at least almost the same as their 2005 version....
the 98 version is even better than the 08 .... no such bugs ....
they are just getting worse in every version they release...
they should please the users...not giving us headaches trying to look for patches and game fixes

I don't really care about sliders, if they could 1) make animations smooth, 2) more ball movement, 3) have player hot streaks
Then live 09 would be the best basketball game ever
