Problem with portraits

Hi guys, the problem is simple, I only can replace the portraits when it is black ( no face)... however, if I try change the portrait by default for EA ( generic face) I can't change it.
Why?? any fix it's possible

it's not possible. you have to have:
1) player, that is not created (i.e. players.dbf field ISCREATED should be set to false)
2) he must have player package, which corresponds to his facial texture name and portrait.
