it is fucking impossible to play defense on the pc version at the all-star difficulty level. vince carter just scored 50 points on me and only missed 2 shots, and we was taking 30 foot threes a lot of the time. the whole team shot 65% because it's fucking impossible for the cpu to miss! i even decreased the cpu's sliders to 0 and they would still regularly make contested three pointers! this is fucking ridiculous!!!

There's no problem. Read the interviews NBA Live 08 producers are giving. The game is a masterpiece. That's what the blog on EASports says too.

Try to get on him early. once he is hot, a superstar type is impossible to stop. he will still get his points (around 10 in 2 min quarters that I play), but not the insane ones (80 % of his teams totals)

Playing defense is easy. You know thier best player is going to take all the shot..Just double team him! Don't worry, he won't pass but he shots quick so you have to time it right...
