Does anyone have ebo edit for Windows Vista?

I don't recall there being a Vista/7 version of EBO Edit, only FshX.

I am sure somebody used to have a fix or something that could help me run it on Vista. I am using Win 10 by the way.

Maybe search back through some old posts, then. Unfortunately, I don't know of any fixes.

I did that & found the fix. Unfortunately there were deleted since the uploads were old enough...

I am getting the common 339 error... If anyone could help.

Seems there's an issue with sptbdock.ocx. I tried downloading a new version of that file and registering it, but the 339 error still came up.

I don't think so. The worst that can happen is it won't work, so you can always try.

Did you tried to use the ebo edit version here ----> Ebodit

== Do this only when you are prompting for unregistered MSCOMCT2.OCX and COMDLG32.OCX ===

First things first, we need both files on your Windows\SysWOW64 and on the Eboedit folder (eg. My Documents\Eboedit)

1. Open command prompt (run as administrator)
2. locate the path of your like this C:\Windows\SysWOW64>
3. then register the ocx files like this C:\Windows\SysWOW64>regsvr32.exe C:\My Documents\Eboedit\MSCOMCT2.OCX
4. do the same for COMDLG32.OCX

Excess: If you have time try to update your MS office application, it also uses MSCOMCT2.OCX
Make sure your user account is administrator of your computer
