Allen Iverson - Answer 4 Shoe patches?

Just wondering if anyone here knows where I can get alternate colors for this shoe? It's already in the game with the black/white/grey and I already know how to get into the file via BigGUI and FshX. I just don't know how to go about importing custom shoes of my own. Ive actually seen alternate colors of this shoe posted before but the links are busted due them being old.

would appreciate any help.

For the record, I've added it to the Downloads section and listed the author as Unknown. If anyone can let me know who created it or the creator stops by to claim it, I'll update the listing accordingly.
