hello, I have a little problem with new shoes in game. I have TUP 12 patch and when I upload new shoes to the game they are like highlighted. Please help me.

They need an alpha layer.

I apologize for my ignorance but how I do it?

If you have Photoshop, load your shoe and copy ctrl+C and go to channels tab, click create new channel, alpha1 channel will appear then paste it to alpha1, save your file in DDS format.
Method 2: click add layer mask, go to channels tab, paste it to layer 0 mask. Save your file in .png format.
If you don't have photoshop use Fshline instead.
