Wow Guys... Help plz?

Hey, I've been asking around for a bit now and noone seems to know the process for editing album art... Is there anyone that will take the time to explain it? There isn't really anything in the wiki either... maybe someone knowledgeable could create a user tutorial? anyway, I've got it figured out to change the pic file in misc.viv but i'm wrong on the sizing and other minor details.
