anyone knows y and how to rise up the team chemistry?

yeah.. winning more game also affects team chemistry.. you can assign your team events in the schedule

what do you mean rise up? the salary cap of the team? If this is, its possible by editing the franchise.dat of your dynasty using hex editor

Nope. It doesn't work that way in real life, so that's not how Dynasty Mode works either.
