If that is possible then CF patchers here had already able to do so. Anyway, we do have great CF patchers in here (Live) and their works are just really amazing especially ej17, S_Brat and Co.

saharor1, he did not convert that from 2k to Live. maybe he has a hq photo of Iguodala thats why it looks so real. but try getting the CF Bhed of a CF from 2k then extract it into a bmp file them maybe import it into a for example stnash_.fsh through fshx?

Uhm... it can look like next-gen, Live 10, Elite 11 or you can expect how you want more quality. but there is only 1 thing to solve: models. player models. at 2k10, faces (or heads) are looking like real life (closing eyes, reflexes, mouth opening-closing). but at live 08, i can't say same. i really wanted to edit ai and models like nba 2k10... also players standing styles are weird too. nba live 2003 is the best at these things. so, we (or patchers) can't do anything.
