Trade and FA Fix?

Is there anyway that more players would consider the mid-level exception? Is there anyway that the CPU would use the Mid-Level exception? Is there a way to fix CPU trades? Cuz they make silly trades like (Michael Redd for Chris Paul)

Is there anyway to fix these problems? To make a more realistic dynasty mode?
