how to edit the body and size of a player? Coz I noticed that Shannon Brown looks like obese.. That makes him a not high flyer :D

You can assign different bodytypes by editing BODYTYPE in appearance.dbf.

You can use DBF Viewer 2000 too (dbf commander has some troubles).

Such as? I've never had any issues with DB Commander.

(That said, DBF Viewer and OpenOffice are certainly viable alternatives.)

That's the first I've heard of that and I've been working on the rosters a long time.

Bottom line, I've never had any issues with DB Commander but there certainly are other tools out there so it's just a matter of preference, I guess.

I had problems at teamgear.dbf at NBA Live 03. I wanted to delete a column but I saw in game its still here!

Generally speaking, you don't delete columns from the database. If you do need to remove or add a column though, as you would when converting a roster between games, I'd agree DB Commander isn't the tool of choice (I use Excel 2003, but you can also use the spreadsheet software in OpenOffice). For all the most common DBF editing tasks though, it gets the job done.
