HELP WITH CUSTOM ROSTER

I am wondering if anybody might be interested in helping me create a custom roster with some high school teams?
My kids still play NBA Live 2008 (PC) sometimes, and I'd like to see if it's possible to do a roster with
high school teams. In the past, I paid somebody to help me with a similar project for Madden.
I would provide names of teams and some artwork, photos, and team colors.
Name of players on the roster wouldn't matter. I would change that later.
And for the court- either a generic court with no logo, or team logo at center court and team colors?
