Hey, How to edit rools and gameplay? which files edit?

Rules are more easily customised from within the game. You should check out the Tutorials section for more info on aiact.viv editing if you're interested in tweaking the gameplay...unless of course you're talking about gameplay sliders, which like the rules are much easier to change from within the game under the appropriate options menu.
